At BotoxWholesale.com, we are committed to ensuring that all orders are dispatched promptly, securely, and under the appropriate cold-chain conditions to maintain product integrity. Below you will find detailed information on our shipping rates, policies, timelines, and responsibilities.

Shipping Options & Rates

We currently offer two delivery options through Royal Mail within the United Kingdom.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24
    • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
    • Flat rate: £6.95 per order 
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day)

    • Guaranteed next business day delivery (Monday–Friday)

    • Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) to qualify for same-day dispatch.

    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.

    • Flat rate: £11.95  per order (insert your exact price)

Note: We do not currently ship outside of the UK. International shipping is not available.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the following business day.

  • Weekend policy: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or on Saturday/Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Cold Chain & Packaging

All orders are packed with cold-chain ice packs to ensure that products remain stable and effective during transit. Packaging is designed to maintain product integrity until delivery.

All shipments include a tracking number. Customers can track their parcels directly via the Royal Mail website:

Delivery Responsibility

  • BotoxWholesale.com guarantees that all orders will be dispatched on time in accordance with our stated cut-off times and policies.

  • Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Royal Mail is responsible for the transit and final delivery.

  • BotoxWholesale.com cannot be held liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues.

Delivery Restrictions

  • UK delivery only. We do not ship to international addresses.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or similar addresses that do not accept tracked deliveries.

  • A signature may be required on delivery, depending on the shipping option selected.
