1. No Returns Policy

  • For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept any product returns under any circumstances.

  • Once products have left our controlled environment, we cannot guarantee proper storage, handling, or temperature conditions.

  • To protect all customers, we will not re-stock, resell, or re-distribute any returned items.

2. No Refunds Policy

  • All sales made on BotoxWholesale.com are considered final.

  • Refunds are not available for reasons including (but not limited to):
    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect product ordered

    • Customer dissatisfaction after use

    • Storage issues after delivery

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We do guarantee safe and accurate dispatch of all orders:

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail once the parcel has been dispatched on time. Tracking information is provided to monitor delivery progress.

4. Cold Chain Integrity

  • All products are shipped with cold-chain ice packs to maintain stability during transit.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

  • BotoxWholesale.com cannot be held liable if the product’s condition is compromised due to:
    • Missed deliveries

    • Incorrect shipping addresses

    • Delayed collection from Royal Mail

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch (and before 2:00 PM UK time on the day of purchase).

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or refunded.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a breach of this policy.

    • Provide proof of shipment and delivery to payment processors,

    • Pursue collection of the full amount owed (including legal costs and administrative fees),

    • Restrict or permanently block future purchasing privileges.
