Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship within the UK and do not currently offer international shipping.
Which courier do you use?
We exclusively use Royal Mail for all deliveries.
What delivery options are available?
Royal Mail 24: Estimated delivery within 1–3 working days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day): Guaranteed next-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday–Friday).
What happens if I order after 1:00pm?
Orders placed after 1:00pm are shipped in the next day’s batch.
Orders after 1:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Do you ship on weekends or bank holidays?
No, we do not ship on weekends or public bank holidays. Orders made during these times will be processed on the next working day.
Can I track my order?
Yes, every order is shipped with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

How do you ensure the products arrive safely?
All orders are shipped with cold chain ice packs and protective packaging to ensure Botox arrives in the correct condition.
How should Botox be stored after delivery?
Botox should always be stored according to the manufacturer’s instructions (typically refrigerated at 2–8°C). Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is stored correctly.
Do you ship Botox with syringes or accessories?
No. We only supply the Botox product itself. Any syringes, needles, or other accessories must be sourced separately.
returns & refunds
Can I return or exchange products?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the sensitive nature of Botox products, once they leave our facility, we cannot guarantee how they have been stored or handled. This ensures all customers receive safe and uncompromised products.
What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos immediately (of both the packaging and the product inside) and email them to [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt. Our team will investigate and advise next steps.
